A close friend of his, Steve, has a life changing spinal condition affecting both his mobility and his active lifestyle. Josh is running for Steven.<\/p>\n<p>Josh\u2019s training is going well! He has been running a lot of 5Ks and completed his first 10K in over a year last weekend but is still aiming to knock some time off and complete the Hull 10K in under 50 minutes next Sunday.<\/p>\n<p>For Josh, the run comes with another mission; spreading the word about nsif in the Hull area, which is something he is passionate about doing.
